I did a bit of digging and found I Pet Goat II under a different name, that of TheCGBros. Again, after 11 years of Distribution of its own accord, Heliofant must've Sold their Copyright to TheCGBros. It states on their YouTube Channel that they are, The World's #1 Hub For CGI/VFX Entertainment! Although there is still an air of mystery, it's a Mystery nonetheless!!
