The Drug Trade, long before the decommissioning or rather causing Marijuana to be Legalized, you had much of the "Drug War" in the Waters off of Florida. When they knew the "Jig is Up" and possibly caught, the Guilty Suspects would drop off their Load in the Water, in middle of nowhere, or, it was often dropped via a Cessna, Piper or maybe even a Helicopter to be Retrieved by a Cartel Member, etc. sometime later. In the event that one of these dropped Loads were found, they were Pounds of Marijuana, shrink wrapped ♫ Bob Bob Bobbing along!♫ If found, these were called a "Square Grouper!"
