🎁Yea, Lance Twigg's DNA was all over EVERYTHING! There's a dude in Shorts, walking swiftly at the earliest recorded time. Then, magically that supposed same dude is now wearing Slacks and has a pronounced Limp. So, which or what is it? That's enough "Reasonable Doubt" to drive a Truck through. Nonetheless, it ALL STINKS to high heaven! As well, I heard Police Radio Chatter stating that they spotted a Vehicle with a Man's Legs hanging out the back. And, that Individual was Fighting with said Occupants. Was there then a Felony Stop done which has NOT been Reported?(Protocol dictates Should've been!) Furthermore, I'd heard credible Intel that those SOB's Broke Charlie's Neck! Just Sayin'!
