Take notice of those Circles shown. They're most likely due to a Shark, commonly referred to as the "Cookie Cutter Shark." But, when this guy comes to the surface, it is reported to have been an ominous reference to what's coming, i.e., an Earthquake and Tsunami. Oh, and by the way, it has surfaced and was seen!!
