This truly Disgusts me. I mean, it was stated that, "...the Animal was Seized as a Stray. We sent Certified Notice to the Owner on Record. Statute Mandates a 10-Day Hold, NO one responded so we followed protocol." What gets my pantaloons in a bunch is; if they "Seized as a Stray" his Dog, why or how was it deemed a Stray if they knew the Address where to send a Certifiable Letter? Maybe there's more to the Story, but, it still cuts to the quick. 🌶Just Sayin'!🌶
